What You Need to Know Before You Go
What’s included in each tour?
Each tour includes a professional guide, all listed activities, and most include snacks or meals.
How big are the tour groups?
We keep it intimate — most tours have 6 to 12 people max.
Do you offer private or custom tours?
Yes! We love tailoring experiences. Just contact us with your ideas.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before your tour. Less than that, 50% refund.
Is it suitable for kids or seniors?
Many of our tours are family-friendly, but check each listing for activity level.
What should I wear on the tour?
Wear comfortable shoes — you'll be walking more than you think! Dress for the weather (we’ll send you a heads-up if it looks rainy), and bring layers. If you're doing a sunset or mountain tour, it can get chilly later in the day.
2. Do I need to bring anything with me?
We recommend a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and your camera or phone — there will be plenty of photo-worthy moments. We’ll let you know in advance if any specific items are needed for a tour.
Will I have time to take photos?
Yes — and we encourage it! Our guides even help you find the best angles and lighting. We build in time to pause, explore, and snap the shots you’ll want to share later.
